During the year 1999 Mr. Sarfati has expanded his activity to Central Europe, locating business opportunities of large-scale retail projects. These projects are active to date.
In early year 2013, Mr. Sarfati established a professional team platform with over 30 years of real estate experience, specializing in mixed-use projects, condominiums and retail projects in Manhattan and the European market.
The company is also a leader in desalination and shaping the way to a sustainable future. In the early 2000’s, climate change began to be broadly accepted as a threat to society and the earth. In 2010 we realized we could do something better, so we engaged in the development of renewable energy projects.
Strategy
The investment’s strategy is value-added projects and upgrading distressed developments of large scale retail centers, commercial and residential projects.
The company, together with its international strategic partners, has developed projects in scale of hundreds of millions US dollars.
